Villanova  Coach Harry Perretta gave UCONN permission to beat the pants off of his Villanova Ladies Basketball Team yet, we didn’t ask or even want to hear his defeatist comments. Really Harry, if you were a player on your team would you expect or want that comment to come out of the BIG MOUTH of your coach after a win over Notre Dame?

As for the game, UCONN took a little while to pull away from the three point shooting addicts on Villanova but, in the end, this one was another blowout and by the score of 72 to 42.

Tonight’s Big East final is against the Louisville Cardinals and their star player, Angel McCoughtry. well, even though we are going to beat Louisville by at least 20, at least we’ll get to see another player whose definitely one of the best in the country.
